Undergraduate qualification in Medicine from the University of Malaya in 1998 (MBBS)
Postgraduate qualification of Master of Medicine (Anaesthesiology & Critical Care) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2006.
Apart from the Anaesthesiology qualification, I also possess a Master of Laws (Healthcare and Medical Law) from Taylor’s University which was awarded in 2023.
I have been managing patients in the operating room and intensive care unit since the year 2000 of which over 15 years are as a consultant anaesthesiologist. I have a special interest in cardiothoracic anaesthesiology and transport of the critically ill patient. At present, I am practising at the Subang Jaya Medical Centre.
I have also written many expert witness reports and appeared in the High Courts of Malaya as an expert witness in medicolegal trials.
