Ku Azril bin Ku Ishak
Dr. Ku Azril Bin Ku Ishak graduated with Medical degree from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak in 2007. Upon completed housemanship training, he was an orthopaedic medical officer at Hospital Kulim, Kedah from year 2009 until 2011. Currently, he is practicing at Hospital Tuanku Fauziah, Kangar.
He is been actively involve in Kluster Kesihatan Negeri Perlis, as person incharge in global surgery initiative programme orthopaedic minor surgery at Klinik Kesihatan Padang Besar since 2024.
Abstract
Hospital Tuanku Fauziah, Kangar is the only public hospital in Perlis. The challenges to kickstart global surgery programme in Perlis has been a battle of wits between primary care & hospital care for years. Yet, we need to sit & work together to deliver the best of service to our 'rakyat'. This is our journey in establishing global surgery initiative project in the smallest state of Malaysia.
