Abstract
Accessing hospital-based care remains a significant challenge for patients in rural areas. Strengthening the collaboration between primary care clinics and referral hospitals is essential to bridging this gap and improving healthcare equity.
Such initiatives require careful planning, effective communication, and strong teamwork across all levels of care.
This presentation shares the experience and key lessons learned from organising an annual endoscopy camp highlighting the impact of inter-facility collaboration on patient outcomes in underserved communities.
