Entries can be made on an individual or group basis;

Participation is open to all delegates;

Every entry must be the original creation of the participant and should not be plagiarized. The submitted video is a personal/group original work, and the participant must be fully responsible for the submitted work;

Entries can be in the form of short films, narratives, vlogs, music videos, or documentaries;

Duration of video shall not be more than 5 minutes;

Videos can be sent in Malay or English language;

Please ensure that all additional accompanying music are royalty-free. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the infringement of copyright laws;

Video shall be in .mp4 or .mov format with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720-pixel with a maximum file size of 200MB;

Entries submitted must be a manifestation of the participants’ creativity and incorporate positive values. It SHOULD NOT contain matters that are sensitive in nature such as Race, Culture, Religion and must not insult leaders or individuals;

The Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry that violates the terms and conditions of the contest and shall not be held liable for any claims pertaining to the submission or production, from any parties;

Video will be judged on content relevance, creativity, and idea. The decision by the judges is final;

The Organizer shall have the right to edit, reuse, modify, reproduce or amend the Audio and Video for promotional purposes.
